How do I place my order?
West Elm is a fully set-up supplier — find us in Compass as Williams-Sonoma Inc., select Braselton01 as your Supplier Site Code and then place POs as you normally do.

Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes! Purchase orders can be submitted to starbucks@wsgc.com.
Where can I find pricing?
Starbucks receives preferred pricing which is listed on each itempage however, tax & shipping fees are based on location—for a formal quote, please email starbucks@wsgc.com.
Are 3D models available?
Yes, follow the link on each itempage to download a .dxf file.
Is there a warranty?
All West Elm Toolkit items have a 1 year warranty—please contact starbucks@wsgc.com for any questions regarding warranties, returns or replacements.
Have these products passed testing?
All West Elm Toolkit items have been tested to BIFMA standards and are suitable for a commercial environment.
What is the lead time?
In-stock items ship in 5-7 business days.
How are these shipped?
Orders are shipped through West Elm’s distribution network—choose from front door parcel delivery (UPS, USPS) to your desired address or freight delivery for items that exceed parcel carrier weight limits.
*Freight delivery typically includes premium white glove service.
